The brief
The company does several fairly different things at once: it designs and installs automatic irrigation, looks after lawns and supplies robotic mowers. Without a website that was hard to explain and enquiries arrived vague. The site had to split the portfolio clearly and bring in enquiries that already know what they want.
The solution
The structure follows how a customer thinks. Each service has its own section with a clear description of who it is for and what it involves, so visitors find exactly their case within moments.
The copy is written for customers, not for specialists. Technical terms stayed where people actually search for them, because part of the organic traffic arrives through exactly those phrases.
There is an enquiry form with every service, and it passes on the context — which section the enquiry came from. The company gets questions with a clearer brief and doesn't have to refine them by phone.
