Since August 2026 I have been working full time on my own projects under the Flowbit brand. Before that I spent six years as a full-stack developer at MagicWare s.r.o., building websites and booking systems for tour operators.

On a project I handle the entire development process myself — from designing the graphics and the visual language, through the application architecture and the development itself, all the way to client communication, deployment and operations. I don't depend on someone else's assets or on being handed a finished solution; when it is needed I can take every step from the first idea to a running application.

What I enjoy most is designing the underlying structure of a project. Well-built foundations make future development simpler and decide how easily a system can grow, so I like trying different approaches to architecture, state management and API design and finding the one that fits the brief. In the code itself I care about readability, consistency, type safety and maintainability.

Clean architecture, design patterns, state management, type safety, API design, CI/CD, deployment and operations are not abstractions to me — they are what I work with every day. I stand behind the result myself, from the first line of the design to the running production system.

I designed and built large websites for tour operators connected to a complex booking system. I covered the whole customer journey — listing and combining tours, price calculations, booking dates and transport, payment processing, and both agent and client sections. On large systems I insist on a clear architecture and clean, maintainable code.

In parallel I maintained websites for dozens of tour operators — handling their changes, performance and reliability in production. I worked both from supplied designs and from my own concepts, making sure the result still worked well after months of real use.

Beyond websites I move across platforms. I built a cross-platform payment application for a terminal embedded in an EV charger — it runs on Android and as a desktop simulator and handles the real payment flow from pre-authorisation through to settlement. I have also built a range of internal and B2B information systems, CRMs and company portals with users, roles, permissions and workflow processes.

I enjoy developer tooling and native applications too. I published a VS Code extension for working with remote servers over SFTP/FTP and an SSH terminal, available in the Visual Studio Marketplace, and wrote a native macOS utility with global shortcuts and window management.

I am not put off by smaller or unusual projects either — from no-code tools and brochure sites to games. I like taking on new kinds of brief, because they move me forward and force me to think differently.
