Flowbit is the brand I trade under as a sole trader. My name is Ondřej Škrland, I am based in Beroun and I work across Czechia. On a project I handle the whole process myself — from visual design through development to deployment and operations.
I build websites, e-shops, booking systems, business applications, client portals and internal enterprise systems. I combine considered UX, process automation and clean architecture, so the result isn't just visually polished but genuinely useful in daily operation. I prefer a well-thought-out solution over effects with nothing behind them.

I have years of experience building websites, e-shops, booking systems, portals and large enterprise applications. Strategy, visual design and technical delivery all sit in one place, so I lead a project from the first idea to a finished, running whole — and you have a single supplier accountable for the result.

How I work
I start by having you explain how your company actually works. Only then do I propose a solution — because a system that doesn't fit the process is a system nobody uses. I work from a clear vision and design with future growth and easy maintenance in mind. I'm not put off by new kinds of project that demand quick adaptation and a different way of thinking. My goal is to deliver something that works for the long run, doesn't age the moment it launches and genuinely supports the client's growth.
