A custom booking system for a driving school
A booking and scheduling system that replaced a paper diary and WhatsApp for one driving school. Instructors plan lessons in a single calendar, students book free slots online themselves, and nothing in the schedule clashes.

The brief
The school arranged lesson times with students over WhatsApp and wrote them into a paper diary. Agreed hours got lost in conversations, slots overlapped, the capacity of the car, the skid pad and the classroom was tracked by hand, and every change meant another round of messages. The goal was to move the whole of lesson planning into one online system without the school losing the way it was used to working.
The solution
The core of the solution is a weekly planner where the school sees road lessons, skid-pad sessions and classroom teaching side by side. The calendar watches the capacity of instructors, vehicles and rooms, so the system won't let anyone double-book a slot.
Students have their own portal. They book free slots from their phone, can cancel a lesson in time, and every change triggers an automatic e-mail. That took most of the rescheduling calls off the office.
To make the switch painless, the school got a tool for bulk-entering already agreed hours, with conflict checks. Slots scattered across conversations could be moved into the calendar in one go rather than one at a time.
