The brief
The company physically archived thousands of paper receipts. Storage took space, finding a particular document took a long time, and documents wore out or went missing. The goal was to move the whole agenda into electronic form.
The solution
An employee scans the document and the application handles the rest — it processes it, files it and stores it in an electronic archive that can be searched instantly.
The archive is organised so that finding a specific document takes seconds instead of leafing through binders. Receipts are available from anywhere, not just the archive room.
Storage respects the company's data security requirements — access is controlled and documents are kept securely.
